Gallery & Evidence

An empty slot is more honest than a borrowed photograph

Renovation websites are unusually easy to fill with proof that is not proof. A finished interior carries no evidence of who built it. A five-star average carries no evidence that the reviews are real. A project count carries no evidence at all.

Our position is proof before promise, and a position like that is worthless unless it also governs our own marketing. So this page sets out the standard a Rawdha record has to meet before it appears, the current state of our published evidence — which is empty — and the gate a customer review has to clear.

The standard

Eight fields, all of them

A project that satisfies seven of these is not published.

  1. Project code

The controlled internal identifier for the project, so the published record can be traced back to the file it came from.

  2. Community and property type

Stated only to the level of detail the customer has agreed to, and whether the home was occupied during the works.

  3. Customer objective

What the owner actually wanted solved — the condition, constraint or failure the project existed to address.

  4. Before condition and findings

The recorded existing condition and what the survey found, including anything that differed from a written assumption.

  5. Scope, inclusions and exclusions

What was in the works and what was deliberately excluded, so the result can be judged against what was asked for.

  6. Approvals, price drivers and changes

Which permissions applied, what moved the figure, and every accepted written variation with its cost and programme effect.

  7. Hidden-work and completion record

The evidence captured before concealment and the compiled completion record handed over at the end.

  8. Exact publication permission

Written permission from the customer covering the exact images, the exact description and the exact placement. Requested at handover, never assumed, and withdrawable.

The chain

From before condition to completion record

The sequence in the diagram is repeated in the eight fields above, so the meaning does not depend on the picture.

Evidence chain from before condition through findings, scope, inclusions and exclusions, approvals, hidden work and written changes to after or outcome.

Current status

Published project records

There are no published project records on this website. Organised evidence and documented publication permissions are still being assembled, so nothing yet meets the eight-field standard.

We could have filled this page. Licensed stock interiors, a generic recent-projects grid, or a set of unattributed before-and-after images would all have looked more substantial than this paragraph. Each of them would also have been a claim we could not support, on the one page whose entire subject is not making claims we cannot support.

Customer review

One review slot, four checks

Review pending Reviewed 2026-08-27

Record V3-REV-001

This component exists and stays a dated pending slot until a four-part gate is satisfied in full. There is no star display, no aggregate rating, no third-party review widget, no stock portrait and no invitation to leave a review.

  1. Source. The original review, held and checkable rather than retyped from memory.
  2. Reviewer identity and relationship. A verified person with a verified relationship to a real Rawdha project.
  3. Project truth match. The review has to describe the project we actually delivered.
  4. Written publication permission. Exact permission for the exact text, the exact identity and the exact placement.

A verified review replaces this slot without changing the component. Nothing about the layout is waiting to be filled in; only the evidence is.

Claims

What we do not claim

The following do not appear anywhere on this website, and if you ever see them attributed to us, they are not ours.

  • No ranking claim and no superlative about ourselves or anyone else.
  • No count of completed projects, years in operation, team size or satisfied customers. Internal management estimates exist; an internal estimate is not a public fact.
  • No star rating, review score, testimonial or customer quotation without a verified source and exact written permission.
  • No award, accreditation, certification or media mention that we cannot evidence.
  • No promise of completion by a given date, of a project without changes, or of work without defects.
  • No claim of community or authority approval status that has not been documented for the specific property and the specific work.
  • No supplier, brand or press mark, and no comparison against another company.

Each of those is a claim a renovation company can make in five seconds and cannot retract in five years. We would rather compete on the documents.

How to assess us without a portfolio

You are entitled to ask what you are supposed to judge us on, given that this page is deliberately empty. That is a fair question, and there is an answer.

  • Read the method. Discovery, Planning and Delivery and the controls underneath them describe exactly which documents you receive and when.
  • Test the scope pack. When you receive a bill of quantities from us, check whether you can answer three questions from it without calling us: what is included, what is excluded, and what each figure is based on. Apply the same test to every other contractor you are considering.
  • Inspect the change route. Ask how a variation is issued, what it has to state, and when it is allowed to proceed.
  • Watch what happens at the first change. The moment a condition differs from a written assumption is when a contractor's actual method becomes visible.

Contacting Rawdha starts a review, not a project. Site information is not a quotation, offer, contract or binding price; the inquiry may be declined.
